Olympics is over. I feel LOST.
Like there is NTH to watch on tv.

But nevertheless, I really enjoyed the Olympic channel surfing days. :)
I am so looking forward to the next Olympics in 2012.

I just have to mention the athletes whom I will be looking forward to in 2012..

1. Badminton
Lee Yong DaeRising young star of S.Korea. I just thought that he looked kinda like RAIN. HAHAHA
I didn't really watch him play..I was just trying to get a glimpse of his handsome face. Won the gold medal in Beijing Olympics 2008 for the mixed doubles. I remembered him because he was on my yonex shirt wrapper. It was like some sort of advertisement for the athletes they were currently endorsing for and I was wondering to myself who is this cute Korean guy? Now I know. :D

Reiko Shiota/Kumiko Ogura
My favorite badminton doubles of all. They are the reason why I wanted to join the badminton school team. :) I felt so inspired after watching their Doha Asian Games 2007 performance and they are both so pretty too! Sadly, they did not get into the semi-finals of the women s' double Beijing 08 Olympics as they were booted out by China's 2nd seed. I was cursing the China doubles when I was watching the online live results. (yes I was pretty desperate when I couldn't find any online channels for me to watch the match live) In the end, the China duo smashed their way to a gold medal. I hope my fav doubles can smash their way to gold too for their next Olympics.

Lee Chong Wei
I think it was really nerves they got him a silver instead of a gold in the Olympics. I was so confident he can beat Lin Dan after his impressive win over Sony from Indonesia, but he got trashed instead. Well nvm, this is him first Olympics and he is still pretty young. There is still a bright future ahead of him. Btw, he looks very Ah Beng to me.

Lin Dan
The number one in the world. The notorious Lin Dan never fails to capture attention. He is not particularly good-looking, just that he got this air of confidence surrounding him that makes him attractive. His aura spells coolness and I guess that is why so many people (including me) are taken in by his court charisma. He trashed Lee Chong Wei pretty badly and wow he even threw his shoes+racket to the audience. HAHA. I wouldn't want his shoes, but I would be really happy if I got his racket.

Xie Xing FangWorld number one too and Lin Dan's wife to be. She give the same vibes as Lin Dan, the ice-queen image suits her alot. But oh man, I wonder why she lost to Zhang Ning. I will be looking forward to her gold in London.

2. Gymnastic Artistic
Kohei Uchimura
KOHEI!!!!! AHHAH OH man he is so CUTE!!! AHHA I was really transfixed to the screen while he was performing. Too bad I got tuition and had to leave halfway but I was so happy he got a silver medal for the men's individual all round. He has such a girlish face and he is of the same age as me! My god..same age but such different lives. He is only 161cm tall..lol and that's one of the many reasons why he is so cute. I will be SO looking forward to his performance in London. Btw, he needs to shave tho..his armpit hair is too dense.

Hiroyuki TomitaI think he is kinda good-looking too, but I prefer Kohei. I was shocked when he fell from the rings and I guess that cost him a medal. He was 4th in the men's individual all round and surprisingly 9 years older. I nick-named him masked rider..cause he portrays no emotion and he reminds me of the kid central MR shows. Btw Straits Times gave him a gold medal for hotness haha!

Marcel NguyenGerman gymnast. He wasn't very prominent in his performance but he is one superb handsome guy. Both me and my sis agreed that he is very good looking and I remembered my sister saying his surname is very Vietnamese. I wonder if I can see him again..but kohei is still the best. =D

Shawn JohnsonI think she is really talented and very cute too. Whats more, she is shorted than me!! HAHA but I like her cheerful and do-your-best-with-no-regrets kind of attitude. She won the women's beam final and silver for the women's individual all round. She also smiles charmingly after every performance, which makes her all the more prominent as an gymnast. She will no doubt bring USA glory many years down the road.

3. Gymnastic Rhythmic
Russian teamThis is one interesting sport. Its not very exciting and all but at least you get to see pretty good figures. Those are the figures all girls want- long and slim. Not to skinny and not to toned, the perfect figure. Anyway I was pretty bored after watching the rotations cause all the team were practically doing the same thing, just slight artistic differences. The Russians are by far the most interesting to watch and yes, they are the champions. I will be looking out for the Russian's performance again.

4. Swimming
Michael PhelpsWell of course, the pool shark and wonder boy. Since he has already broken his 8 gold medals, I will want to know how much further he can go. Maybe 9 gold medals?? Or is it not possible since he only takes part in 8 events? I wonder how many events can swimmers take part in. My father was suggesting restricting the no. of events one can take part in so as to give other people medal chances. But in my opinion, if you are good you can beat the best, even if it's Phelps. If you can't beat the best, then you just have to take it in stride.

Tao LiI find it really amazing that she managed to get into the final. I wasn't expecting much out of Singaporean swimmers but she did a impressive job by getting fifth. I must say Singapore has done well in grooming her and she has worked hard. But I really find it funny how she has became so Singaporean, her China accent practically disappeared. I was watching Live in Beijing and the host interviewed her + gave her a surprise present- Sun Yan Zi. I was laughing like hell man when SunYanZi walked out ! I mean, how lame can we get??!?! AHHA but well she is a talent and I hope she can get a medal in 2012.

5. Synchronized Swimming
Russian team
OMG THEY ARE DAMM GOOD. I was watching the synchronized swimming team final at my cousin's house and everyone were like WOWing when the scores came out (cause they got practically full marks) Haha it was pretty fun watching such events together as a family, it's like we are watching soccer. But seriously, this is one damm nice sport to watch. I was enjoying every country and every min of their performances but Russia's performance was really superb. I WILL BE CATCHING THIS EVENT FOR SURE in 2012. People, if you do not watch Olympics, then you must watch this event. You will be so amazed.

Anastasia Davydova/Anastasia Ermakova
THEY ARE BOTH DAMM GOOD TOO. HAHA!! I was watching their duet performance and they are so freaking synchronized!!! It's like they are robots or something. I can still remember their scores, technical: 50/50 and artistic: 49.8/50. Aren't they godly?? I will be so looking forward to their performance!! OMG I can't wait! LOL

6. Table tennis
Feng Tian Wei
Oh yes, the heroine of Singapore. Without her, Singapore wouldn't be able to get silver. Anyway my mum was being really idiotic. Saying things like "they better not win, don't let them take the money" Like wth la, hey so what if they are not Singaporeans? SO WHAT? What matters is who are they playing for right? But oddly, my mum seem to be pleased that it was Feng who was the center of attention instead of Lee Jia Wei. I think my mum dislike Lee..she kept saying Lee Jia Wei has sucked enough money from Singapore..
Anyway, I think she is sure to become the next big thing in Singapore and it is time for LJW to say sayonara.

Guo Yue
SHE IS ONLY ONE YR OLDER THAN ME. Oh man but her ping pong skill are like wayyyyy better then mine. Why is life so unfair!!!??! Her smashes are like rock breaking..maybe my bat will break after playing with her. HHA so lame and I think she and Zhang YiNing are very close. They were chit-chatting happily during the awarding ceremony and totally neglecting Wang Nan. But Wang Nan got a billionaire tycoon husband and the 2 girls are singles...so..maybe..
Anyway, I think she will rise and overtake Zhang YiNing to be China's top seed.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Btw, my prelims is over. I hope I can get satisfactory results..I am not like 100% sure of my answers and maths paper2 was badly done. I am just hoping for the best. I don't want to disappoint myself again.
Will I ever reach my dream?
OMG.
My fav JAP doubles Reiok Shiota/Kumiko Ogura was just DEFEATED by China's second seed!!! ARGH!!!!
NONONO!!!
I was so hoping they can get into top 4 so that I can watch them on tv.
But nevermind, the both of your did a great job yesterday by winning the Denmark pair.
I will FLY over to JAPAN for your yonex open when I am free from Singapore's education system.
AND I WILL FLY OVER FOR THE NEXT OLYMPICS. :)
OH MAN!!! I CAN'T WAIT!! :)
AHAH then I will hogging the badminton, table tennis and Gymnastics Artistic arena. WOOTS!!
Haik..my life seems so dull now.
I wonder how the pair are feeling now.. :(
OMG I LOVE JINBO!!!
He just came over to my house and passed me this PINGU postcard book.
That is so goddamm nice of him. XD
I am gonna get him a real big present this yr.
Today was a crappy day. Some really weird waves of emotions creeping up..
I feel sad and angry at the same time.
I know I was being very rude to him..I scolded the F word countless times at his face to today and at the top of my voice. I really just wanted him to shut up.
I know that I will not be able to convince him nicely, he just won't understand the pains and hardships I am going tru. And I will not try to communicate anymore, let this be what is it.
I can laugh and converse, but I will forever bear this grudge. He makes my life so much harder and I sometimes wish that he will just disappear. But of course, I don't want him to be gone. I just want him to understand me but since he can't, I will just make him shut up. I won't try to understand whatever shit he is talking too.
You will never be forgiven.
