 Once again it is deep into the night and I am here blogging my thoughts.

I am on a journey to reinvent my life. To change age old habits and create new ones.

Now I am focusing on:

1) Drinking enough water a day

2) Sleep early and wake early

3) Reduce carbohydrates intake

The first two are proving very hard as these habits are wired deep into me. 

Other lifestyle changes include, try to put mask on face daily, put lotion body after shower, exercise more, read more etc.

For the exercise portion, I am pretty on track as I am playing badminton 2-4 times a week. Been feeling pretty good about it, telling myself to go for every and any session that is within my means. So every day I am either working or playing badminton, with some occasional meetups/travels.

A simple lifestyle but with complex internal changes.
