October has flashed by, as quick as a lightning's strike. No mercy.
So much has happened, yet so little done.

Had my birthday celebrated without cake eaten with family (for the first time). And camped with colleagues at Bedok 85 until past midnight. Oh yeah, I recalled having my celebration at that same place when I was still in JC. Heh, old memories.

Took leave on 6th Oct, not for urgent matters, but just to rest at home. It was strangely satisfying to note.

Went and watched Japan vs Brazil's friendly match on 14 Oct. What an experience! Both me and my sis wore Japan jersey and sat together with the Japanese fans. Initially we were stating that our seats were very good as we were right in the first row. But we forgot that it was not a concert and it was soccer. So we didn't get to see much of the ball, as our vision was blocked by the low banners...

Sis won 2 tickets for 18 Oct's AVEX concert by posting some very "sincere" message about how big a fan she was. Seat were pretty good, very close to stage. When Ayumi Hamasaki finally appeared, I was rather touched. Not sure why as I don't usually listen to her songs but that night was really awesome. At some points in time, I was even tearing a little. I guess it's the nostalgia; memories of those youthful days. And she sang Evolution, which is my favourite song of hers! Hope she comes back to Singapore again.

Sis has flown to HK for her work and will be back hopefully in a year's time.
I've bought Wii out of boredom and will be collecting all my Wii stuff tomorrow! :D
