I went to collect my Olympics volunteering items today. Wow, it was a huge bag at the end of the day. 3 shirts, 2 pants, 1 hat, 2 washable masks, 2 pairs of socks, 1 pair of shoes, a sling bag, 1 jacket, 1 waterbottle, a few notebooks and one cash card for transport claims. Oh and 2 ID tags (One for Olympics and another for Paralympics).
It was a really fun process. And true to the Japanese blood, it was very organized. There are collection points per item and I have to move to each station after each item collection. It felt like some orientation set up...and it was pretty fun for me.
I spent so much time in the fitting room trying to make sure that I get the correct sized clothes for myself. hahah. It is too much to put a libra to make decisions like these. I was so tempted to call my sister for help but I told myself that I need to do this myself. I'm a grown up now!
Had been eating too much food recently, my weight is like up 2-3kg! This is bad news but I will use the energy to do some productive work tomorrow. Tomorrow is a big day for me, I plan to do all the chores that was left undone. So it will be a really productive day!!!
Things to be done:
1) Help some friends to sell their stuff as they are moving out of Japan soon.
2) Clean the sink, bathroom and toaster, bedsheet etc etc the list goes on.
3) Settle some Carousell business deals.
4) Check financials - JP & SG.
I need to re-organize my life again! It has been sloppy these days, much like the rainy bad weather this week. Been slacking a little too much due to the exhaustion from the Nagasaki trip. It was a fun trip, just that I always get so tired after going for holidays. So tired that I need to sleep it off a few days and then slowly get my energy back. So I have gotten my energy back and it is the time to do hard work!
Hard work, good work, fun work. Work work work :)
